Christmas at this hotel was amazing! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. I loved being able to walk to the cable car and take a ride down to Isola Bella. Plus, there were public buses nearby which made it easy to explore further. The best part was definitely the beautiful garden, it was so peaceful and relaxing.
There were a couple of downsides. The internet was pretty weak at times, which was frustrating.

Location was best possible - easy access to a perfect horseshoe-shaped theatre. It was facing garden. We liked efficient staff😀👍

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in the middle of town, Giardino Del Sole. The hosts were sweet and friendly, and the location was fantastic. It was in a quiet area but still close to all the action. There were some amazing places nearby, like restaurant Modi and Roberto's for cannoli. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries, and the private garden was a pleasant spot to relax.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
